AlienScan is an entertainment face test. It compares facial geometry with 13 folklore profiles on the device and can build a text prompt for ChatGPT or Claude. It does not require an account with us and does not run a server of ours.
Photos you take or pick are processed on the device (camera or gallery → ML Kit face contours → local scores and an optional morph). We do not receive the photo. The app does not keep a photo history. Camera frames and copies of chosen photos may stay temporarily in the system cache until the OS deletes them. Language, age-gate confirmation, portrait-sex preference, and a cached “premium” flag are stored only in the app’s private storage on that device (Android SharedPreferences). Uninstalling the app deletes them.
If you use Save, the morph is written to your gallery at your request. If you use Share, the system share sheet sends the image to the app you pick — not to us.
Android Auto Backup is not disabled. The device may include those preferences in your Google backup. That backup stays in your Google account; we do not receive it.
We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, face templates, prompts, analytics of our own, or crash reports. There is no telemetry of ours in the app. Face matching is not biometric authentication and is not sent off the device.
On the free layer a banner is served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads). Google is an independent controller for that request. It may use the device’s advertising identifier and similar technical data to choose and measure the ad. A Google Play subscription removes the banner.
Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. In the EEA the consent form required by Google (UMP) is shown before ads are requested.
If you buy the subscription, payment is processed by Google. We never see your card or PayPal details. The purchase is tied to your Google account and is restored on a new device signed into the same account. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that payment.
The cosmic forecast is not generated by us. If you tap ChatGPT or Claude, the device opens that service with the prompt just built (race name and playful traits — not your photo). The request goes to OpenAI or Anthropic, not to us. Those services apply their own policies: https://openai.com/privacy, https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.
We are not a recipient of your photos or face geometry. Processing that happens entirely on your device under your control is not a transfer to us. Google is an independent controller for Play Billing and, on the free layer, for AdMob. OpenAI and Anthropic are independent controllers for a handoff you start. The legal basis for the AdMob request is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where Google’s form asks for it, otherwise Google’s own basis as controller.
If you contact us by email, we process the contents of that message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.
The app is not directed at children under 16. Do not scan another person’s face without a lawful basis and their knowledge. The app is for entertainment only, not a scientific origin check.
Because we do not hold your photos, erasure on our side is not applicable — uninstall the app on the device. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play’s own order and refund tools. You can contact us at the address above. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Germany: the data protection authority of your Land, or the BfDI).
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and the new text is published at this URL before it applies to a store release.

Fotos, die Sie aufnehmen oder wählen, werden auf dem Gerät verarbeitet. Wir empfangen das Foto nicht. Die App führt keine Fotohistorie. Kameraframes und Kopien gewählter Fotos können vorübergehend im Systemcache bleiben. Sprache, Altersbestätigung, Porträtwahl und ein zwischengespeichertes Premium-Kennzeichen stehen nur im privaten Speicher der App (Android SharedPreferences). Die Deinstallation löscht sie.
Speichern schreibt den Morph auf Ihre Anforderung in die Galerie. Teilen geht über das System-Share-Sheet an die App, die Sie wählen — nicht an uns.
Android Auto Backup ist nicht deaktiviert. Das Gerät kann diese Einstellungen in Ihre Google-Sicherung aufnehmen. Die Sicherung bleibt in Ihrem Google-Konto; wir empfangen sie nicht.
Wir erheben keine Namen, E-Mail-Adressen, Fotos, Gesichts-Templates, Prompts, eigene Analysen oder Absturzberichte. Die App enthält keine eigene Telemetrie. Der Abgleich ist keine biometrische Authentifizierung und verlässt das Gerät nicht.
Auf der kostenlosen Ebene wird ein Banner über Google AdMob ausgeliefert. Google ist unabhängiger Verantwortlicher für diese Anfrage. Dabei können die Werbekennung des Geräts und ähnliche technische Daten genutzt werden. Ein Google-Play-Abonnement entfernt das Banner.

Wenn Sie das Abonnement kaufen, wickelt Google die Zahlung ab. Wir sehen weder Karte noch PayPal. Der Kauf ist an Ihr Google-Konto gebunden und wird auf einem neuen Gerät mit demselben Konto wiederhergestellt.

Rechtsgrundlage der AdMob-Anfrage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), soweit Google danach fragt, sonst die eigene Grundlage von Google als Verantwortlichem.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. Scannen Sie kein fremdes Gesicht ohne Rechtsgrundlage und ohne Kenntnis dieser Person. Nur zur Unterhaltung, kein wissenschaftlicher Herkunftstest.
Weil wir Ihre Fotos nicht speichern, ist eine Löschung bei uns nicht anwendbar — deinstallieren Sie die App. Für einen Google-Play-Kauf nutzen Sie die Bestell- und Erstattungswerkzeuge von Google Play. Aufsichtsbehörde in Deutschland: die Datenschutzbehörde Ihres Landes oder der BfDI.
Änderungen dieser Erklärung werden mit neuem Datum oben und mit Veröffentlichung unter dieser URL kenntlich gemacht, bevor sie für eine Store-Version gelten.

AlienScan — развлекательный тест по лицу. Сравнение геометрии с 13 фольклорными профилями идёт на устройстве; при желании собирается текстовый промпт для ChatGPT или Claude. Аккаунт у нас не нужен, своего сервера нет.
Снимок или выбранное фото обрабатываются на устройстве. Мы фото не получаем. История снимков не ведётся. Кадры камеры и копии выбранных фото могут временно остаться в системном кэше. Язык, подтверждение возраста, выбор портрета и кэш «премиум» хранятся только в закрытом хранилище приложения. Удаление приложения их стирает.
Сохранение пишет морф в галерею по вашей команде. Отправка идёт через системный лист в выбранное вами приложение — не к нам.
Мы не собираем имена, почту, фото, шаблоны лица, промпты, свою аналитику и отчёты о сбоях. Своей телеметрии нет. Сопоставление — не биометрическая аутентификация и с устройства не уходит.
На бесплатном слое баннер отдаёт Google AdMob. Google — независимый контролёр этого запроса. Могут использоваться рекламный идентификатор устройства и сходные технические данные. Подписка Google Play убирает баннер. Политика Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy. В ЕЭЗ перед запросом рекламы показывается форма согласия Google (UMP).
Если вы покупаете подписку, платёж проводит Google. Мы не видим карту и PayPal. Покупка привязана к аккаунту Google.
Прогноз мы сами не генерируем. Если вы нажимаете ChatGPT или Claude, устройство открывает этот сервис с только что собранным промптом (название расы и игровые черты — не ваше фото). Запрос идёт в OpenAI или Anthropic, не к нам.
Мы не получатель ваших фото и контуров лица. Обработка целиком на устройстве под вашим контролем — это не передача нам. Google — независимый контролёр Play Billing и, на бесплатном слое, AdMob. Основание запроса AdMob — ваше согласие (ст. 6(1)(a) GDPR), если форма Google его спрашивает.
Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 16 лет. Не сканируйте чужое лицо без правового основания и без ведома этого человека. Только развлечение, не научная проверка происхождения.
Поскольку мы не храним ваши фото, удаление у нас неприменимо — удалите приложение. Для покупки в Google Play используйте инструменты заказа и возврата Google Play. Надзор в Германии: земельный орган по защите данных или BfDI.
