HD Bridge is an offline app. It does not require an account with us, does not run a server of ours, and does not synchronise charts between devices through us. This policy describes what happens to data on the device and which third parties the device may contact when you choose so.
Birth data you enter (name, date, time, place or coordinates) and the charts computed from it are stored only in the app’s private storage on that device. We do not receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them. Android Auto Backup is disabled, so this data is not uploaded to your Google account as an app backup.
We do not collect names, email addresses, birth data, charts, analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash reports. There is no telemetry in the app.
If you install HD Bridge from Google Play and buy a paid layer, payment is processed by Google. We never see your card or PayPal details. The purchase is tied to your Google account and is restored on a new device signed into the same account. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that payment.
Copies not installed from Google Play (Windows, Linux, a sideloaded APK) do not use Google Play Billing. They may be unlocked with a licence key bound to that device; the key is verified on the device and is not sent to us.
The chart itself does not need a network. If you turn on the map to drop a pin for a place of birth, map tiles are fetched from OpenStreetMap over HTTPS. That request goes to OpenStreetMap’s servers, not to us. The map is off until you switch it on and confirm. Coordinates of the pin are stored on the device as your own input; we do not query Google Maps for a place and we do not keep a server-side copy.
City search uses an offline copy of GeoNames cities1000 (CC BY 4.0) shipped inside the app. Looking up a city does not contact GeoNames on the network.
We are not a recipient of your birth data. Processing that happens entirely on your device under your control is not a transfer to us. Google is an independent controller for Play Billing. OpenStreetMap is an independent controller for tile requests you choose to make.
If you contact us by email, we process the contents of that message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.
The app is not directed at children under 16. Do not enter another person’s birth data without a lawful basis and their knowledge. Team features are for self-reflection by consenting adults, not for hiring or scoring people.
Because we do not hold your charts, erasure on our side is not applicable — uninstall the app on the device. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play’s own order and refund tools. You can contact us at the address above. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Germany: the data protection authority of your Land, or the BfDI).
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and the new text is published at this URL before it applies to a store release.

HD Bridge ist eine Offline-App. Sie verlangt kein Konto bei uns, betreibt keinen Server von uns und gleicht Karten nicht über uns zwischen Geräten ab. Diese Erklärung beschreibt, was mit Daten auf dem Gerät geschieht und welche Dritten das Gerät auf Ihre Wahl hin kontaktieren kann.
Die von Ihnen eingegebenen Geburtsdaten (Name, Datum, Uhrzeit, Ort oder Koordinaten) und die daraus berechneten Charts werden nur im privaten Speicher der App auf diesem Gerät gespeichert. Wir empfangen sie nicht. Die Deinstallation löscht sie. Android Auto Backup ist deaktiviert, daher werden diese Daten nicht als App-Sicherung in Ihr Google-Konto hochgeladen.
Wir erheben keine Namen, E-Mail-Adressen, Geburtsdaten, Charts, Analysen, Werbekennungen oder Absturzberichte. Die App enthält keine Telemetrie.
Wenn Sie HD Bridge aus Google Play installieren und eine bezahlte Ebene kaufen, wickelt Google die Zahlung ab. Wir sehen weder Karte noch PayPal. Der Kauf ist an Ihr Google-Konto gebunden und wird auf einem neuen Gerät mit demselben Konto wiederhergestellt. Für diese Zahlung gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Google.
Kopien, die nicht aus Google Play stammen (Windows, Linux, sideloaded APK), nutzen Google Play Billing nicht. Sie können mit einem gerätegebundenen Lizenzschlüssel freigeschaltet werden; der Schlüssel wird auf dem Gerät geprüft und nicht an uns gesendet.
Der Chart selbst braucht kein Netz. Wenn Sie die Karte einschalten, um eine Stecknadel für den Geburtsort zu setzen, werden Kacheln per HTTPS von OpenStreetMap geladen. Die Anfrage geht an die Server von OpenStreetMap, nicht an uns. Die Karte bleibt aus, bis Sie sie einschalten und bestätigen. Die Koordinaten der Stecknadel speichert das Gerät als Ihre eigene Eingabe; wir fragen Google Maps nicht nach einem Ort und halten keine serverseitige Kopie.
Die Städtesuche nutzt eine Offline-Kopie von GeoNames cities1000 (CC BY 4.0) in der App. Eine Suche kontaktiert GeoNames nicht im Netz.
Wir sind nicht Empfänger Ihrer Geburtsdaten. Eine Verarbeitung, die vollständig auf Ihrem Gerät unter Ihrer Kontrolle stattfindet, ist keine Übermittlung an uns. Google ist unabhängiger Verantwortlicher für Play Billing. OpenStreetMap ist unabhängiger Verantwortlicher für von Ihnen ausgelöste Kachel-Anfragen.
Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir den Inhalt der Nachricht, um zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b oder f DSGVO), und löschen den Schriftwechsel, wenn er nicht mehr benötigt wird.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. Geben Sie keine Geburtsdaten anderer Personen ohne Rechtsgrundlage und ohne deren Kenntnis ein. Team-Funktionen dienen der Selbstreflexion einwilligender Erwachsener, nicht der Personalauswahl oder Bewertung von Menschen.
Weil wir Ihre Charts nicht speichern, ist eine Löschung bei uns nicht anwendbar — deinstallieren Sie die App auf dem Gerät. Für einen Google-Play-Kauf nutzen Sie die Bestell- und Erstattungswerkzeuge von Google Play. Sie können uns unter der Adresse oben erreichen. Sie können sich bei Ihrer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (in Deutschland: die Datenschutzbehörde Ihres Landes oder der BfDI).
Änderungen dieser Erklärung werden mit neuem Datum oben und mit Veröffentlichung unter dieser URL kenntlich gemacht, bevor sie für eine Store-Version gelten.
